Alameda County Employees Retirement Association, Oakland, Calif., will consider at its May 19 meeting whether to hire Pacific Financial Research to manage $55 million in a large-cap value fund, said Linda Brewton, investment officer for the $3.4 billion fund. Funding will come from rebalancing. Trustees will also decide whether to issue an RFP for the fund’s first enhanced index manager.
