Orange County Employees Retirement System, Santa Ana, Calif., is seeking a real estate consultant. Staff is expected to send out an RFP some time this month, said Farouki Majeed, investment officer. The $4.4 billion fund is undertaking the search because previous consultant PMRealty’s contract expired.
