State of Connecticut Retirement & Trust Funds’ asset allocation study will be completed by the end of the month, said Bernard Kavaler, spokesman for the $20 billion system. The study, conducted by BARRA RogersCasey, might be presented at the board’s Aug. 11 meeting, he said.
