Turlock (Calif.) Irrigation District, with a $76 million pension fund, hired SEI to run $3.9 million each in domestic small-cap growth and small-cap value equity, said Don Swanson, deputy treasurer.
Funding came from terminating SG Cowen, which had run the $7.8 million in core small-cap domestic equities.
