Atalanta/Sosnoff added three new, no-load mutual funds, bringing its fund family to four. The company seeded the funds with more than $15 million. The Atalanta/Sosnoff Focus Fund is a concentrated fund, investing in between 20 and 25 stocks the investment team thinks are moving into a cycle of accelerating earnings momentum. The Atalanta/Sosnoff Value Fund invests in companies with relatively low p/e, appropriate debt/equity ratios and positive free cash flow. The Atalanta/Sosnoff Balanced Fund will invest in a mix of stocks and bonds.
