Dee Rapp was promoted to vice president and division manager of the retirement plan and mutual fund services unit of First Data Investor Services Group. Ms. Rapp previously was director of development and client services. In this new position, Ms. Rapp will be responsible for defined contribution strategies and services. She also will oversee some regional operations.
