Richard McWalters was named CEO at Clemente Capital, a new position. He takes over management issues previously handled by company founders Lilia and Leopoldo Clemente. Ms. Clemente will remain as chairwoman and Mr. Clemente will remain as president and chief investment officer.
Mr. McWalters was managing director for global asset management and mutual funds at Chase Manhattan Bank.
