Peter Lovell was named lead manager of the INVESCO Balanced Fund, a $900 million fund that offers institutional shares. Mr. Lovell has been on the Balanced Fund management team for the past two years under co-lead managers Charles Mayer and Jerry Paul. Mr. Mayer, who runs the INVESCO Equity Income Fund, and Mr. Paul, who runs the INVESCO High Yield Fund, will remain as co-portfolio managers on the Balanced Fund. INVESCO spokeswoman Suzanne Smith said Mr. Lovell’s promotion frees up the previous lead managers to concentrate on their other funds.
