William M. Saubert joined AXA Client Solutions, a subsidiary of AXA Financial, as senior vice president, e-commerce. In this newly created position, Mr. Saubert will direct e-commerce strategy throughout AXA Financial, which includes AXA Advisors; Alliance Capital Management; and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Saubert was a management consultant at the firms of A.T. Kearney and McKinsey & Co. before joining AXA.
