Lend Lease Real Estate Investments launched the Lend Lease International Distressed Debt Fund, targeted at $600 million, which will invest in international distressed debt. It is part of the company’s expansion of its debt business and will invest in loans secured by real estate as well as commercial and industrial loans, initially focusing on the Asian markets.
