StructuredMarkets Inc. is launching a website to distribute and help execute over-the-counter equity derivatives trades.
The site, at www.structuredmarkets.com, will include a request for pricing tool allowing users to view a standardized pricing screen, including information on transactions of derivatives such as equity swaps and options, collars, basket options, volatility swaps and equity-linked notes. A content portal also will be included for derivatives dealers to display research data and new product information.
