Sharon Chou was named CEO of Bank Pictet & Cie (Asia), Pictet Group's private banking entity in Singapore.
Ms. Chou replaces Dominique Jooris. Mr. Jooris will stay on through June 30 to ensure a smooth transition before pursuing other opportunities, according to a Pictet news release Tuesday.
Mr. Jooris could not immediately be reached for further comment.
Ms. Chou will relocate to Singapore from Pictet's Hong Kong office, where she was deputy CEO of private wealth management Asia.
A Hong Kong-based spokesman for the firm didn't immediately have information regarding plans to fill the deputy CEO role.
Ms. Chou will report to Fong Seng Tee, Pictet's CEO of private wealth management for Asia.
