Most money managers have 50% or less of their employees working remotely, according to responses from the winners of Pensions & Investments' 13th annual Best Places to Work in Money Management program.
Firms with up to half their employees working remotely numbered 88, while 23 companies were above this level. Out of those 88 money managers, 61 had 15% or less of their employees working outside the office.
At the other end of the spectrum, 14 money managers had 96% to 100% of the employees working remotely. For 10 of these firms, it was all employees.
