NVIDIA’s share price ended 2024 at more than $134, or 171% above 2023’s $49.52. Hence, the foundation’s assets are likely significantly above $3.4 trillion. The previous year saw the stock jump 239%.
The share price, adjusted for stock splits, was $0.20 at the end of 2008.
The stock’s 171.2% total return last year dwarfed the S&P 500’s 25%. Over the past 15 years, NVIDIA’s shares returned an annualized 46.7% vs. the S&P 500’s 13.9%.
