Nathalie Viens has joined CBRE Investment Management as a managing director and head of asset management in its infrastructure business, a new position, said spokeswoman Pam Barnett in an email.
Ms. Viens is also a member of CBRE's direct private infrastructure investment committee. She is involved in both investment strategy and decision-making as well as the operations and implementation across the portfolio.
Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Ms. Viens was an operating partner, infrastructure at the C$402 billion ($298.9 billion) Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec, Montreal. A CDPQ spokeswoman declined to comment on Ms. Viens' replacement.
CBRE Investment Management had $147.6 billion in assets under management as of June 30.
