Christopher Kaminker was named head of sustainable investment research and strategy at Lombard Odier Investment Managers, a spokeswoman said.
The role is new. Mr. Kaminker will focus on strengthening LOIM's sustainability strategy and research capabilities, a news release said.
He previously worked as head of sustainable finance research and senior adviser at financial services group SEB.
Ebba Lepage was also named head of corporate sustainability effective Aug. 19. Ms. Lepage replaces Bertrand Gacon in the role. Mr. Gacon has decided to spend more time developing his own company but will retain an advisory role with Lombard Odier to ensure a smooth transition, a spokeswoman said.
Ms. Lepage was previously group vice president of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance at renewable solutions provider Stora Enso, Helsinki.

The group had assets of 259 billion Swiss francs ($265 billion) as of Dec. 31.
