Antonia Lim will join ESG advisory firm Impact Cubed as chief investment officer.
Lim will develop the firm’s overall approach on ESG investing, integrating risk and return with clients' environmental, social and governance values, a news release said. She will be based in London. Whether the role is new could not immediately be learned.
“As investors become more aware of the limitations of standard ESG ratings, they’re seeking tailored, efficient, sustainable strategies," said Larry Abele, CEO and founder of the manager, in the release. "With Antonia on board, we can enhance our 3D approach, which integrates risk and return with our clients’ values."
Starting Feb. 11, Impact Cubed will be known as iCubed. The firm's assets under advisement could not immediately be learned.
Lim was head of quantamental investments at asset management firm Schroders. As of June 30, Schroders Capital had $97.3 billion in assets under management. As a wider group, Schroders had AUM of $979 billion. Lim left Schroders in December 2023, and the firm has been contacted about who has replaced her in the role.
