Lorraine Becker has been appointed head of ESG at infrastructure fund manager DIF Capital Partners.
Becker had been serving as the interim head of ESG at DIF for the last six months.
Prior to that, she served as a principal consultant at Environmental Resources Management, a pure sustainability consulting firm, in Calgary, Alberta. At ERM, she served financial services clients, including private equity and pension funds, in developing and implementing ESG policies.
Becker will be based at DIF’s headquarters in Schiphol, Amsterdam, and she will report to Gijs Voskuyl, partner and deputy CEO, said a DIF spokesperson.
Based in Amsterdam, DIF has about €16 billion ($16.9 billion) in assets under management.
