University of Massachusetts Foundation's $1.2 billion endowment returned 37.1% for the fiscal year ended June 30.
For the three, five and 10 years ended June 30, the Boston-based foundation's endowment returned an annualized 14.8%, 12.8% and 8.2%, according to an annual report posted on the foundation's website.
The endowment returned 3.3% for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020.
The report did not disclose benchmark information, asset class returns or whether the returns were gross or net of fees.
The endowment's target allocation ranges are 40% to 60% global public equities, 20% to 40% diversifying strategies, 5% to 15% privates and zero to 15% cash/duration.
