Georgia Tech Foundation, Atlanta, returned a net 2.6% for the fiscal year ended June 30, said Brian H. Pellegrino, chief investment officer.
The return exceeded the policy benchmark of 2.4%, according to the $1.8 billion foundation’s new annual report.
For the three, five and 10 years ended June 30, the foundation’s investment portfolio returned an annualized net 5.5%, 5.5% and 6.9%, respectively, compared with the respective benchmarks of 6%, 5.8% and 6.9%.
For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019, the foundation’s investment portfolio returned a net 5.1%.
