Travel & Leisure Co., Orlando, Fla., removed the Oakmark Equity & Income Fund from the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2020.
A comparison of the company's 11-K filing Tuesday with the SEC and last year's filing shows the fund no longer listed among the plan's investment options.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the asset allocation fund managed by Harris Associates had $15 million in assets in the plan, according to the prior 11-K filing.
The new 11-K filing did not provide a reason for the change.
As of Dec. 31, the Travel & Leisure Co. Employee Savings Plan had $809 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing.
Company spokesman Steven Goldsmith declined to provide further information.
