Suzanne Carroll was named senior consultant and head of the defined contribution solutions group at RVK, spokeswoman Gayle Butcher confirmed in an email.
Ms. Butcher declined to disclose who Ms. Carroll replaced. However, a news release from PGIM in March reveals that Mikaylee O'Connor was the previous head of DCSG and left RVK to join PGIM as vice president, senior defined contribution strategist.
Ms. Carroll will lead the consulting firm's DC practice. She will report to CEO Rebecca A. Gratsinger.
Ms. Carroll was treasury director at Amgen. Megan Fox, a spokeswoman for Amgen, could not be immediately reached for additional information.
