Mark Maselli has been named CEO of Prime Pensions, the retirement plan administration and consulting firm announced in a news release Jan. 22.
Maselli succeeds company founder Scott Feit, who will remain with Prime Pensions as president and will actively lead the company’s growth initiatives, including sales, business development, and mergers and acquisitions.
Maselli has been a member of the company’s board of directors since February 2024. He has 40 years of experience working across all areas of employee benefits, including 20 years at Willis Towers Watson, where he most recently served as the managing director and head of North America and co-head of the global health and welfare consulting business.
Maselli left Willis Towers Watson in January 2022, according to his LinkedIn profile.
“I couldn’t be more excited to welcome Mark as the incoming CEO,” Feit said in the news release. “I’ve gotten to know Mark since his appointment to the board, and we have worked closely together to drive multiple growth strategies of the business.”
Willis Towers Watson did not respond to an email regarding whether it had found a replacement for Maselli.
