Jay Kaduson, an executive at PricewaterhouseCoopers, will join Voya Financial on Jan. 16 as CEO of workplace solutions, Voya announced in a news release Jan. 8.
Kaduson succeeds Rob Grubka, who left the firm at the end of 2024 to pursue other opportunities.
Kaduson will oversee all aspects of the firm’s health solutions and wealth solutions businesses, including the execution of its workplace strategy. He will report to CEO Heather Lavallee and will join the company’s executive committee.
Amy Vaillancourt, president of wealth solutions; Andrew Frend, president of health solutions; and Courtney Kunzelmann, chief marketing officer, workplace solutions, will report to Kaduson.
Kaduson currently serves as U.S. client program leader and lead client partner at PwC, according to his LinkedIn profile. PwC did not respond to an email about whether the firm has found a replacement for Kaduson.
