PCS Retirement has acquired fellow record keeper Alliance Benefit Group-Rocky Mountain.
The transaction closed Dec. 31, spokeswoman Daniella Moiseyev said in an email.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. All ABGRM employees are being retained and will be merged into PCS Retirement over time, Ms. Moiseyev said.
The acquisition of Alliance Benefit Group-Rocky Mountain adds more than $2 billion in assets under administration and expands PCS' services in the western U.S., she said.
PCS Retirement now has more than $26 billion in AUA.
