Rita Butler-Jones and Stuart Murphy were confirmed as permanent co-heads of defined contribution at Legal & General Investment Management, a spokesman said.
Ms. Butler-Jones and Mr. Murphy, formerly head of DC sales and head of DC client management, respectively, replaced LGIM's sole head of DC, Emma Douglas, in the role in April as the firm searched for a permanent replacement.
"Between them they have an impressive wealth of expertise and experience that will help us to continue building on our existing accomplishments and lay the foundations for new ones," according to a statement Monday from the firm.
LGIM had £1.3 trillion ($1.78 trillion) in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
