Renee Wilder Guerin, director of the office of enterprise planning for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, Washington, will retire Friday, confirmed Kim Weaver, director of external affairs, in an email.
Ms. Guerin has led the office of enterprise planning since 2008 and upon her retirement, Ms. Weaver will be named the group's acting director while maintaining her current role.
A timeline for finding Ms. Guerin's permanent replacement is to be determined, Ms. Weaver said.
"The FRTIB is very fortunate to have had Ms. Guerin lead the office of enterprise planning," Ms. Weaver said. "She has made significant improvements that have benefited the TSP's participants."
The office of enterprise planning provides leadership and support to the FRTIB and its stakeholders on all strategic planning matters, according to board documents.
The FRTIB administers the $723.5 billion Thrift Savings Plan, the retirement system for 6.2 million federal employees and members of the uniformed services.
