Nick Good was named president of Ascensus, effective Sept. 5, the record keeper announced in a news release Thursday.
He will report to David Musto, who will continue to serve as chair and CEO of Ascensus.
As president, Mr. Good will work directly with the company's line of business presidents and the digital, marketing and analytics center of excellence.
Mr. Musto, meanwhile, will devote more of this time to the overall leadership of Ascensus, the news release said.
Mr. Good will join Ascensus from Pendal Group, a global asset manager publicly listed in Australia, where he served as CEO. Prior to Pendal, Mr. Good was executive vice president and chief growth and strategy officer for State Street Corporation. Before that, he served as co-head of State Street Global Advisor's global exchange-traded funds business.
Mr. Good will be based in the company's Newton, Massachusetts office.
