Texas County & District Retirement System committed $31 million to Pennybacker EIV, an extension fund to Pennybacker IV.
The number of the real estate fund with which the extension fund is affiliated was incorrect in a story in the Nov. 8 P&I Daily. Both funds are managed by Pennybacker Capital.
