Kate Hollis was named global head of credit-manager research at Willis Towers Watson.
She is based in London and succeeds Nimisha Srivastava, who was appointed head of investments, North America at WTW earlier this year, spokesman Ed Emerman said.
Ms. Hollis will report to Chris Redmond, global head of manager research, Mr. Emerman added.
Ms. Hollis is responsible for "the ratings and performance of all credit products representing more than $250 billion of assets across WTW's global client base," the firm said in a release Tuesday.
She was director and head of traditional credit-manager research at WTW. Her previous responsibilities are now being handled by other WTW consultants, Mr. Emerman said.
Ms. Hollis initially joined WTW in September 2014 as a manager researcher on the fixed-income team.
"As manager researchers, WTW places significant emphasis on identifying those investment professionals with deep, varied and diverse prior experiences," Mr. Redmond said in the news release. "Kate's experience, both at and prior to WTW, is the epitome of this."
