Jason Schwarz has been named chief executive officer of global financial services firm Wilshire Advisors, succeeding Andy Stewart, who will assume the role of executive chairman.
Schwarz most recently served as president and deputy CEO at the firm, said a release April 29.
In addition, Hanna Valva and Jason Hubschman were each named co-chief operating officer, succeeding Scott Condron, who will be moving to a senior advisory role before he retires later in the year.
Valva will retain her role as chief technology officer, the news release added.
A Wilshire spokesperson said Hubschman will retain his other title as co-head of alternative managed accounts.
Wilshire had more than $1.5 trillion in assets under advisement and more than $123 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
