David Eisenreich has been appointed North American head of retirement at Willis Towers Watson, succeeding Michael Archer, who will retire this year.
The appointment was effective Jan. 1, and Archer is staying on during the transition, a spokesperson said.
Eisenreich will be responsible for driving the growth strategy for the retirement segment in the North American region, said a Jan. 8 news release. He will report to Marco Boschetti, global head of retirement.
Eisenreich initially joined WTW's retirement business in 2005 and most recently was head of sales and client management for North America.
The spokesperson added that Emory Todd, North America market lead for WTW's health, wealth, career business segment, will assume Eisenreich's sales and client management responsibilities.
Eisenreich will continue to serve as lead relationship manager on several client teams, the news release noted,
WTW has $4.6 trillion in assets under advisement and $171 billion in assets under management, the spokesperson added.
