Aongus O'Gorman was promoted to head of investments, Australia, at Willis Towers Watson.
Effective Aug. 1, Mr. O'Gorman will replace Martin Goss in the position, overseeing WTW's investment consulting, delegated solutions and strategic advice businesses.
Mr. Goss will remain with the firm as a director of investments, focusing on client consulting work, a WTW spokeswoman said.
Mr. O'Gorman currently serves as the firm's Sydney-based head of delegated and specialist solutions for investments, Australia. He will retain those responsibilities, the spokeswoman said.
