Suzanne Rose was named U.K. defined contribution leader at Mercer and is expected to join Oct. 2.
Rose will replace Philip Parkinson, who was promoted in December to U.K. investment and retirement leader. Parkinson was U.K. DC leader.
Rose will join Mercer's U.K. wealth leadership team, a news release said.
"Suzanne brings with her a wealth of experience having progressed in her career to date through roles in DC master trust, digital propositions, strategy and operations in both U.K. and international markets," Parkinson said in the release.
Mercer has $16.5 trillion in assets under advisement and $393bn in assets under management.
Rose was head of Aviva's master trust and workplace proposition. Aviva did not respond to a request for comment.
