Mike Goss has been named president of Fiducient Advisors, the investment consultant announced in a news release April 30.
He succeeds Mark Wetzel, who has been the company’s managing partner and president since 2006 and will retire May 3.
Goss will retain his current role as chief revenue officer, the firm said.
As president, Goss will continue to remain focused on driving growth for the firm by leading its business development and marketing efforts and continuing to serve current and future clients, CEO Sabrina Bailey said in the news release.
“Mike’s appointment is a testament to the significant and positive impact he’s had — and will continue to have — on our people, clients, firm and local community,” Bailey said.
Goss co-founded Fiduciary Investment Advisors, which combined with DiMeo Schneider & Associates and then rebranded as Fiducient Advisors in 2021.
Wetzel is also a co-founder of Fiduciary Investment Advisors and has been in the financial services industry since 1990.
“Mike is the perfect person to fill the president position,” Wetzel said in the news release. “I believe Fiducient is in a great place with momentum, as we all feel very good about the future for all of our associates, partners and clients.”
