CalPERS' investment committee Monday selected finalists in its search for board investment consultants.
CalPERS launched on March 8 an RFP to search for up to four consultants: a general investment consultant as well as private equity, real estate and infrastructure consultants. The finalists are Meketa Investment Group and incumbent Wilshire Associates for general investment; incumbent Meketa and Verus Advisory for private equity; incumbent Meketa and RCLCO Fund Advisors for real estate; and incumbent Meketa for infrastructure.
The committee also approved the creation of a subcommittee that will interview the consultants and recommend selections to the investment committee.
