Our client, the Fire & Police Pension Association of Colorado (FPPA), is seeking an Executive Director (ED). FPPA administers a statewide multiple employer public employee retirement system providing defined benefit, defined contribution, hybrid and 457 deferred compensation plans, as well as death and disability coverage for police officers and firefighters throughout the State of Colorado. FPPA has just under $7B in investible assets.
The Executive Director reports to the Board and serves as the chief executive officer of FPPA. The ED will oversee a staff of 58 through 6 direct reports.
