Kentucky Retirement Systems (KRS), Office of Investments, located in Louisville, KY is currently seeking a Division Director of Real Return & Real Estate for a $20 billion state administered retirement system. KRS is responsible for the investment of funds and administration of benefits for approximately 395,000 state and local government employees in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. These employees include state employees, state police officers, city and county employees, as well as non-teaching staff of local school boards and regional universities.

Division Director of Real Return and Real Estate: Must have 6 – 8 Years of professional investment experience with inflation sensitive investments and/or real estate within a large-scale investment program, trust department, brokerage firm or related field. Experience conducting due diligence on alternative investments. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field. Master’s Degree desired. A CFA designation or shortly completing the exam and requirements is required.
