TMRS is seeking an experienced and accomplished investment executive to manage its $35 billion Trust Fund. TMRS is financially strong reporting an 89.5% funded ratio and investment returns that exceed benchmark for the 5, 7 and 10-year periods. Reporting to the Executive Director, the CIO is the central point of responsibility and accountability for the Investment Program and leads a team of 25.

The CIO should be a strategic and forward-thinking executive dedicated to public service. Broad asset class knowledge and significant experience in portfolio construction and asset allocation are required. The CIO must also have an in-depth understanding of capital markets, the principles and practices of institutional investing, investment operations and investment policy development.
