SFERS is searching for an accomplished executive to lead this $30 billion public retirement system of the City and County of San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity to serve the highly regarded plan sponsor with over 73,000 employees and retirees. The position is open as a result of Jay Huish announcing his retirement.

Reporting to the Board and leading a team of 110+, the CEO is the central point of responsibility and accountability for the System. The CEO will be expected to lead and build upon initiatives to transform the culture, modernize the operational infrastructure, improve organizational effectiveness, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and constituents.
