Three cool things:
- Hosted Schwolympics event to coincide with the 2024 Summer Games. Employees engaged in a virtual series of games including Excel-athon, Schwamily Feud and Schweopardy.
- In addition to offering eight paid hours to volunteer annually, holds an annual golf outing to raise money for charity, in addition to having fun and building camaraderie. Winning team selects the charity of their choice and receives an employer match for the donation.
- Provides a monthly contribution of up to $200 to flexible savings accounts and an yearly contribution of up to $850 to health savings accounts for employees with annual salaries less than $100,000. Also subsidizes backup care services for dependents, as well as tutoring and college coaching.
