- Shows appreciation for employees through gifts, notably bestowing Krugerrands — gold coins from South Africa, where the firm was founded — in different denominations for service milestones. Also organizes quarterly team offsites for strategic planning and team building, in addition to having fun.
- Sponsors a safe harbor 401(k) profit-sharing plan. Provides a 3% safe harbor plan non-contributory contribution. Employees also receive a 2% profit share of eligible annual earnings.
