PSRS/PEERS staffers face off during the firm's annual Employee Appreciation BBQ and Cornhole Tournament. The event is organized, prepared and served solely by the firm's management team.

Designed a 12-month internal leadership program called LEAD (Leadership, Exploration and Development) with the mission of nurturing individuals who support the culture and ongoing growth of the organization.
