• Prioritizes mental health and well-being. The company offers access to mental health apps such as Headspace, TalkSpace and Sanvello to help manage stress, anxiety and depression. Lord Abbett also provides an employee assistance program and partners with Jersey City Medical Center to invite a mental health expert to speak on a variety of topics and provide resources.
