To celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, LGIM America hosted a henna session in the firm's café for employees to learn about and experience the traditional tattoo-like skin art.
Participates in the Asset Management Diversity Accelerator — a 24-month rotational development program for entry-level job seekers interested in asset management. Participants spend eight months as junior research associates at each of three Chicago-area asset management firms. The program aims to help build a pipeline of junior talent and increase diversity.
Holds a wellness month every August, dedicated to providing resources and activities for employees to learn how to optimize their mental, emotional, nutritional, physical and financial wellness. Provides wellness reimbursement of up to $500.
Provides all regular full-time and part-time employees up to eight hours of paid leave per calendar year to participate in volunteer activities. Also matches donations of up to $1,000 per calendar year to approved charitable organizations.
