LaSalle staffers speak to the LaSalle Women's Network during a hybrid event. The LaSalle Women’s Network is dedicated to providing leadership development for women with an emphasis on growth and equality in the workplace across seniority levels. Throughout the year, LWN holds events filled with educational and networking opportunities.
Offers Summer Fridays when employees can sign off at noon every Friday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A hybrid work schedule provides extra flexibility and employees can "dress for their day" in the office accordingly.
Helps further the education of minority students through the LaSalle Real Estate Scholarship for Black and Latinx minorities, which has distributed $160,000 in tuition to further educational opportunities and provide exposure to students who otherwise may not have considered real estate as a career.
Provides an employee co-investment program, which allows employees to share in the firm's success and align with clients. So far, more than $200 million of gross commitments have been made by employees through the program.
