Three cool things:
- Holds annual service events for staff that includes stuffing backpacks, sorting food donations, participating in Cycle for Survival, a ride for cancer research, and preparing meals for Ronald McDonald House, which serves and supports families whose children must travel for medical care.
- Recognizes employees with its Sabbatical Service Award: At the five-year mark, an employee receives one-week of leave; three weeks at the 10-year mark, and four weeks at the 15-year mark and beyond. This leave is in addition to regular PTO.
