GW&K employees laced up their running shoes to participate in this year’s J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge, a running series fostering teamwork and employee wellness. The challenge provided an opportunity for employees to connect with colleagues from other corporations, promoting a sense of community within the business world.
Offers a wellness program that includes annual reimbursement for health club dues or other wellness and exercise activities (such as Peloton subscriptions), and a free on-site gymnasium.
Recognizes the value of advanced degrees and continuing education and offers 100% tuition reimbursement for employees of one year or more and 100% reimbursement for the CFA program.
Holds social events throughout the year to stay connected and inject some fun into the work week. Firm does quarterly meet-and-greets for new employees to get to know each other.
