    Three cool things:
    • Reaches out directly to professors at historically Black colleges and universities to recruit and encourage students to apply to the firm's openings. It also posts all job listings on WayUp, which focuses on connecting students of all backgrounds to internships and entry-level positions.
    • Funds health savings accounts of employees who enroll in a high-deductible medical plan with a $1,200 or $1,800 annual contribution, with the amount dependent on single or family coverage. The other two available medical plans have low deductibles and out-of-network options.
    • Gives a $500 fitness allowance to all employees with a fitness membership. It also uses WorkTango so employees can earn points for wellness initiatives and exchange them for gift cards and merchandise.
