Employees say:
"Adams Street has a very caring and nurturing work environment, and employees are always there to support each other within and across teams. Being a 100% private and employee-owned firm is a huge benefit, as it feels like everyone at the firm has skin in the game together."
"Adams Street is a company with a clear mission on the products and services they provide. They treat both their clients and employees with care. The company is good at adapting to change."
"Adams Street has one of the most phenomenal work environments I've ever encountered. I can truly say that everyone is looking to support one another and thus support the firm as a whole. I believe the flat hierarchy and open-door policy contribute greatly to our success. It's an honor to work at a firm that champions work-life balance, diversity and inclusion, and invests in their employees."
